Excellent Vacuum & Mop Combo!
This vacuum is amazing! The suction power is great. While it doesn't get perfectly into every edge or corner (a quick sweep beforehand takes care of it), that's a minor trade-off for the overall performance. The mop function does a great job and even self-dries, which is a huge time-saver for my whole house concrete floors. The mop cleans as close to hand mopping as you can get. I'm especially impressed with how it detects furniture, rugs, and obstacles, navigating around them effortlessly. The only consistent challenge is loose cords; it tends to run them over and pull them from outlets. It does require maintenance of cleaning out the dirty water tanks and plugs in the machine about every other use but that is an easy trade off for the work it saves me cleaning my entire home floors.

10 Stars if I could!!
This machine is amazing and I’m very Impressed with the quality of CLEAN that my S1 Pro provides. We have a 1,300 sq ft ranch style home with 60 percent upscale vinyl flooring, 35 percent carpet and 5 percent ceramic tile. The mopping feature produces wonderful results and end result is a very clean floor! The vacuum does the job and the whole system is very sanitary…Great Job eufy! No contact with the dirty water except when emptying the base tank with an easy pour down the toilet. Dust collection at the base station from the robot is all automated and it is super easy to change the bag on the base station. You can only use the proprietary eufy mopping solution on the S1 Pro and we are very pleased with the clean floor results. The odor is very minimal and disperses within of minutes of completion. So far have ran 10 complete cleanings and no issues whatsoever! Complete clean cycle takes about 90 minutes for maximum mopping and mid suction vacuuming. We have both a short hair shedder and a long hair non shedding dog and the S1 Pro picks up and cleans everything. This is a very intelligent piece of machinery that is suburb at obstacle avoidance, minimal bumping into complex obstacles, very good edge cleaning, impressive transitioning from carpet to hard flooring and has not gotten stuck yet…knock on wood!!The app is very easy to use and set up took less than 20 minutes. Just hit play when you are ready to clean and no need to keep the app open while cleaning is in progress. What we love most about the S1 Pro is the fact that we can do other things while the automated cleaning is in progress. As this being our first robot vacuum, we are both blown away by the high quality results that the S1 Pro produces and would highly recommend this machine without a doubt! Sorry that we can’t provide comparisons to other brands or other models, but as of now, our eufy is an important part of our Jetson Family!

Our new "pet"!
I had to write a review, since my purchase was based on copious amounts of reading other customers' reviews. I have always had a healthy distrust of robot vacuum cleaners ("how can they possibly be effective and time saving... they sound too good to be true"). But, when my friends started raving about their various robot vacuums, I decided to do some research and give one a try.I didn't want to spend too much, so I waited until the one I wanted went on sale before pulling the trigger. The one I wanted was the eufy 30. Here's why: the eufy 30 and 30c currently have the most power for effective carpet cleaning, they are noted for their quiet operation, they have the best ratings, the price is affordable, and the reviews have raved about the company's awesome customer service.I have hardwood floors, tile in the laundry room and two bathrooms, two thick shag area rugs, several standard area rugs, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. My house has multiple levels. These are the factors in my lateness to the robot vacuum party.I have had the eufy 30 for one week now. I LOVE it. It feels like we have a dust-and-hair-eating pet.One tip: don't get rid of your current vacuum cleaner. You will need it to clean the filters on the eufy. You will also need it to clean stairs, very thick pile carpet, spaces too narrow for eufy to fit, and your typical ceiling cobwebs. But it is so much easier to empty my old Shark's dust bin now that it isn't clogged with dust and hair! You're supposed to clean eufy's dust bin after every cleaning, and that is very easy to do. Usually, the dust has matted to the filter like a dryer's screen, so it peels off easily without dust getting all over myself. My living space occupies three levels of my home. I have eufy's home base set up on the first level. Eufy is able to find its way home when it's running there, even though I don't have three feet on either side of the base (it's more like one foot on one side). I carry eufy up to the second and third levels when I want those levels cleaned. The drop sensors have worked like a charm, preventing falls down the open stairs. Here's the caveat for the eufy 30: once I set it loose on a house level other than its home base level, and it vacuums all it can on its battery strength, it will continue rolling in a "powered down" mode until I come and turn it off and carry it downstairs to its home. Sometimes, that can mean it continues wearing out its side brushes as it moves dust around without sucking it up until I realize it's gotten quieter. I wish it would return to the place I set it down when its battery is running low. It claims to run until the battery dies or the room is clean, but mine has not stopped when the room is clean. It will continue to run until the battery dies or until I send it home myself.Eufy is able to make the transition onto my two thick shag rugs, but not consistently. Probably 80% of the time, it just bumps into the rug's edge and heads off in another direction. The Boost IQ works great to clean the rugs once eufy gets on them; it's just not consistently getting up and over that thick edge. I have no problem hauling out my old vacuum once a week just to make sure those two area rugs get hit (I have to use the Shark to vacuum the stairs myself anyway). Eufy saves me so much time! The wall-to-wall carpeting is no problem for the little guy.My house is so much cleaner! Eufy runs under the couches and chairs, beds and armoires. He has only gotten stuck once-- getting under a low coffee table. I always Swiffer my kitchen after I vacuum, and the wet cloth has always shown dirt my Shark has left behind. Not this week! The Swiffer was white after running eufy through the kitchen.Well done eufy engineers!
