Fancy item in the way that frequency can be controlled through mobile. Hearing does not improve. Voice clarity is very poor in all the adjusted frequencies. Waste of money.

Good and worthy

After extensive research I bought this blades x neuro hearing aid for my Father. With the help of this hearing aid my Father can hear all sounds now. He can play with kids. He can listen to side talks. He can watch TV on normal volume. He can talk to my mother without any argument. He is back to life. He is very happy with this hearing aids. I am satisfied too. The price is good for the configurations. The machine is making noise like a Sparrow sounds. The customer support is poor and not reachable.

Review of hearing aidsRe-EditedWriting this review after almost 6 months of usage.I am a doctor myself and ordered these aids for my father who is himself a Dr.He has been already using high end heading aids of phonak company.Those aids had issue of jamming of switch and recharging mainly and also they needed to be frequently repaired. Those parts needed to be changed altogether by the company and were very costly. Also they happened despite using with utmost care.So I bought these aids in hope of getting good quality aids and helpful support.These aids have the option of resetting by the user which is theoretically very good.The problem is, the settings could not be saved by app on the machine. Everytime you took the machine for use they revert back and you have to reset it again.Now for last 1-2 months their battery is not charging well and one side is almost as good as dead.We contacted the customer support and initially they responded very well and tried to help. We followed every insturction and told about the problems we faced. I must say support was good and believe that they sincerely wanted to help.But this could not solve our problem. They tried to shift the support to someone here local also but they are not able/?? willing to help. The support also not contacting/helping appropriately now.I will say that the aids are not very good. May be there is lacking in the app, or their technology or their parts like battery.I do have to say that i definitely felt sincerity and genuineness in the character of one of the founders of company as he told me. They were very helpful sitting abroad. But that help couldn't be applied in their machines.Maybe our machine that we got has some problem or the quality is not at par. The intention of the company founder as stated in the details appears to be good and i really want them to succeed but our machine so far has been not good and now becoming a kind of frustration.Or they were just buying time so that the warranty period expires and they will be free. Because initially they offered to replace the piece but now they are not responding.So think well before buying.We hv recieved a new unit and i sincerely hope that it will be good. 🙏 Thanks.Will post further about the replaced unit after few days.
