The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

This is amazing stuff, and much cheaper than buying the single servings. Great taste, just one scoop of powder in your water, and you’re good. My sodium was low and I was having heart palpitations, electrolytes were recommended by my heart doctor and it really helps calm the heart palpitations down. Something to do with your hearts ability to conduct the electrical signals to fire correctly.

I use it during CrossFit workouts and when I go out for 5 km runs, and it really helps me feel properly hydrated and energized. The flavor is very good, not too strong or artificial, and what I like the most is that it contains no sugar, since it's sweetened with stevia. That makes it perfect for intense training without unnecessary calories or sugar spikes. It mixes well, is easy to drink during workouts, and clearly helps with hydration and performance. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it to anyone who trains regularly.

Tastes great, keeps me and my family hydrated, even helping certain ones who don't drink enough water otherwise. I'm not too picky about flavor, I don't mind the grape at all, but my buddy loathes it. The fruit punch is the star flavor. Blends well, but naturally the little bits stick around and get icky if you keep it in a bottle for too long without emptying and cleaning it out, just like any other sort of juice-thing. This doesn't even get into how nutricost is always so cost-efficient. I may LOVE the white peach from liquid IV, but I'm not splurging the bank with having this every day.

I was subscribing to LMNT's electrolytes, then opted for Redmond's electrolytes because Redmond's was a better value. However, I was in between delivery dates and needed some electrolytes within the next day so I ordered the Nutricost brand, blue raspberry flavor) from Amazon. These electrolytes are great! They are just as good as LMNT & Redmond's, they taste great, and are the best value around.

We love to have this electrolyte powder on hand for when we need more Hydration! It has a small scooper inside to add to water with clear directions for use. It smells great and tastes even better! No stomach stomach discomfort after drinking and energy level its increased!

We love this stuff. Cost per serving is lower than any others. We've used, bought, or tried, at least a dozen different electrolyte mixes, and some of the fancy ones are more delicious or maybe more balanced, but we still use this as our daily fallback. It's a bit low in sodium but we make up for that without much trouble in our diets. My kids are all competitive endurance athletes and I train a bit myself, so living in the high desert, replenishment is essential. We mix with creatine and my oldest, who trains the hardest, mixes it a tiny bit of extra homemade electrolyte drink (famous alphabet brand's online recipe) to compensate for slight deficiencies. I love that it has B vitamins, that it's colored with beat juice, that it mixes up easily. The fruit punch flavor tastes good, if not a little tart at times which is usually pretty refreshing. Shakes up in a shaker bottle, even with the creatine, really easily. One of my daughter's favorite tricks is to throw it with ice in the blender and make a slushie, which she said makes it even tastier.
