Incredible! Is it magic?
Ok, let me start by saying I was very skeptical, but decided to give it a try, because at this point, I’ll literally try anything. It all started this spring when I decided to xeriscape my yard. After way too much squatting, I found that my hip really hurt. I chocked it up to just being over worked, and figured it would get better in a few days of rest. Fast forward to September, and the pain is still there; sometimes unbearable and difficult to walk or sit for too long. Backup about a month, and I thought adding in some regular exercise would help with my mobility. Well, I overdid it with the Zumba and deep stretching yoga poses, and I tore the meniscus in my knee. Same knee as my hip, so the right side of my body has really been hit hard. For perspective, I’m a 50 year old person who is probably trying to move like a 20 year old, but I’ll do anything to avoid surgery. Ok, now that the background is out of the way, fast forward back to today. I ordered this unit last night out of desperation, and was delighted to see that it had free overnight delivery. It showed up today, on time. I pulled it out and immediately put it to use. Starting with my hip, I just laid it over my hip area exposing as much of my hip to the light as possible. Did a 20 minute treatment on the NIR+RED setting, and when it was done, I got up and there was NO PAIN!! Ok, is this a placebo affect? Ya know what? I don’t care! I’ll take it! I’ve now wrapped my knee and am doing a knee treatment, and all I can hope for is that it will help, even a fraction of what my hip felt like when done. I use the highest setting option which is done by pressing the power button to turn the unit on, then press the mode button until it turns red, and then press the power button again until it turns red: meaning both lights are illuminated red. I plan to do this a couple times per day, but if it’s anything like what it did for my hip on the very first treatment, I’m sold! It’s comfortable, easy to use, and the heat is an added bonus. It’s high quality and extremely versatile, because it’s big enough to treat any area of the body with ease. I was off put at first thinking that the NIR setting wasn’t working because I couldn’t see any light being emitted, but had to remind myself that the human eye can’t see infrared light, so don’t send it back thinking that the NIR setting isn’t working. I found that the price was great compared to other units, so this is a real value for the money. Overall, if I keep getting the results that I got with one single treatment, this is GOD SENT. Give it a try!

Amazed
Honestly, I’m the biggest skeptic and wasn’t expecting much from this device especially because it was so affordable. Most red light therapy equipment is extremely spendy. I thought I’d try it out using my HSA and lo and behold it actually provides pain relief. I tweaked my knee over a year ago and this has helped tremendously. I need to use it more consistently but once I store it away I forget about it. I’ve been leaving it plugged in behind my couch and now that I’m regularly using it I am really noticing a difference. I also use it on my abdominal region for cramps and endometriosis pain. And on my shoulder. It’s a little tricky to get it wrapped comfortably but I manage. The product is very well made and seems like it will last a long time. The heat is an added bonus and feels great against my skin. No reason not to try this for yourself. Very inexpensive long term investment in yourself and your family.

Eases arthritic and injury pain
I am delightfully surprised at the relief that the red light offers in reducing discomfort due to shoulder rotator cuff injury and arthritic pain in hips. I appreciate the various settings which allow me to choose intensity and frequencies. I chose the belt because I can use it on each hip and up my spine as well as fastening it around each shoulder. I can drape it around my neck, too. The warmth feels different from a regular heating pad and is very soothing. Very helpful. Comes with a long cord so that it is easy to plug in and use.

Works great and fits both thin and wider waists.
I wanted to use off FSA credit before the year-end so I got this for my MIL who has been having back pains. She loved it, and says it helps relieve her pain. She is on the thin-side, but she also said it's wide enough for my FIL with wider waist (bigger belly) to use. For a product like this, this has a great price point. I am curious how long the little light bulbs are going to last. If I dont write again, it means it's working fine so far!

Works great on face and body!
I use this red light belt on my body and face, and I love it! The 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared make my skin look smoother and firmer, better than the red light masks. The wrap is comfortable, flexible, and easy to use, and I notice a real difference after a few weeks. Highly recommend for both skincare and muscle relief!

Just starting but happy I bought this belt
The belt is lightweight and easy to use. Just started but I have high hopes this belt will help tighten my skin. I use one for my face that works well so expecting good results. I do believe it is a good value for the money.
