However, I noticed that for especially tough messes—like dried whey protein residue on shakers or cutlery, or heavy dirt on pots and pans—I still need to pre-rinse to get the best results. Without a pre-rinse, some protein films and stubborn debris stick around even after a full cycle. This is my go to dish dishwashing detergent. It leaves things shiny and clear and does great in the drying cycle. This is a great price for 84 tablets. I always get the mega value size and I’m always happy with it.

I’ve always used Cascade pods for my dishwasher, but I tried these and they seem to work a lot better and leave my dishes a lot dryer.
