So far so good
Fabulous item. It comes with a SPARE GLASS LID! I had to throw my previous one because the lid broke. So this secured the purchase for me. Easy to assemble and use, and keeps the coffee hot enough for a good 20 mins.

The packaging wasnt that good as it came just in its box. The metal lid fit is 100%, but having a spare glass top is great

Neat and tidy and nice looking piece of equipment for your kitchen as well as functional
Perfect, all in one percolator, no papers to worry about, plug in and go with your coffee, can make a couple of cups or a whole jug full, I love it, just like Mum used to have in the 70's!

Fragile
Coffee machine broke after two uses. The plastic top snapped off, so I am going to try and send it back to the makers

Bought as a replacement for one that fell apart.
This is maybe the fifth or sixth coffee percolator I have purchased over the years. All the previous percolators have had plastic transparent brew progress knobs and all have broken, I guess the plastic overcome with hot water and the strain of removing the lid. Hopefully the glass knob fitted to this new percolator and with a replacement include will help prolong its working life. Unlike all but one of the previous percolators the coffee basket has slots as apposed to small holes and to avoid the slots becoming blocked it requires very course ground coffee. I have retained an almost identical basket from the previous percolator to swop over if I find it necessary.

It is expensive relative to quality.
This is an adequate, middle of the road percolator. It will do the job I want it to do but does not give me confidence in its longevity. Pieces are tinny, particularly the all important lid.

Excellent quality
Have had several of these coffee jugs over the years, for events, but all eventually fail because of the weak lid button, which I've been unable to replace. This purchase is not only a great jug, with improved on/off switch and quieter sound, but came with a spare top for the lid - what a brilliant gesture!! All at a reasonable price. Thank you. Perhaps I'll now be able to get my other pots into action, if you sell new lid buttons!!

First one had to be returned as the keep warm function did not work good quality materials used in manufacturing excellent value/price makes good coffee
