Q: Is this the large grill?

I can understand your asking this! I didn’t find it clear at all which was which on Amazon. I have both - for different types of trips. However, the only way I could be sure at the time of purchase, which one I was going to buy, was by searching them both and comparing the measurements given on the listings. Hope that helps!

Yes I believe so, the grill firepit is the large version and the small is the mini flatpack grill

Q: How much load can it take? Imagine the charcoal + pan + food/steak

There are two of these; I have both the large and small versions. This answer regards the large, but they are both strong and stable enough to work without concerns. I’ve never stress tested it, but it is obvious, when you handle it, that the quality of construction is easily robust enough to carry the type of load which it was designed for. For instance, it’s normal for me to fill it with 3kg of coals or logs and boil a 2l stainless steel kettle on it while perhaps grilling a burger or two at the side of the kettle. You couldn’t put a cow on it or anything(!) but it’s construction is more than fit for purpose and should last indefinitely, if used reasonably with kettles, cast iron cookware etc. Hope that helps!
