I have a male plug with 6 holes and I received a male with 4 holes - this cannot work. Needs to be updated so this doesn’t happen again. I have a 2013 Goldwin f6b 1800b so it should fit right. Or at least advise we have to buy an adapter.

Product connector port is not compatible with Gl1800 connectors . can you guide me to how I can install the product ?
