Rit Dye All Purpose Liquid Dye 236ml - Kelly Green RITLD

Used this to over dye some bright red silk to make it a browner shade of red. Worked very well following instructions and the results were very even with no patchiness. Would use again.

First time using this product. So so easy to use. I put my tired old rug into my washer put the dye in soap drawer poured some hot water in, after ten minutes I added a cup of salt and hot water into the soap drawer and left it to do it's own think. I hung it out on the line to dry very happy with the results.

Very easy and clear instructions to use. This is the garment still wet. I bought this because I had to use two different cotton yarns to finish a crochet dress. Sadly the two yarns didn’t dye the exact same colour but still very close. Maybe should have left it in the dye a bit longer. This was after 45 minutes..

After considering buying a new sofa, buying custom made sofa covers, etc I decided to try to dye my covers which had become extremely faded in the sunlight. It was a simple process using stainless steel double sink. Using the Rit website I found the colour I needed and mixed two different colours together. Very good result and I even dunked my old underwear in the leftover dyebath so my knickers now match the sofa!!!

Doesn't match the green of the packaging. Dyed a white shirt and got a very unsubtle almost day glo green. Looks rubbish.

I tried to dye white acrylic faux fur with kelly green and they went blue????? good dye just not right colour for me??
