I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

I’ve been trying the REDMOND Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix Variety (7 Stick Packs) for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. The variety pack is perfect—I can switch flavors depending on my mood, and none of them taste artificial or overly sweet. These single-serve stick packs are extremely convenient for on-the-go hydration, whether I’m at work, traveling, or after a workout. I’ve noticed I feel more energized and less sluggish after using them, which tells me the electrolytes are actually making a difference. Nice way to get different flavors

We've been ordering re-lyte for a while. This is helpful to find which flavors you like and then save $ by ordering the big container of powder that you scoop out.

I like the taste much better than LMNT. Not as salty and not as strong. To me the overall flavor is milder and more pleasant
