I don't tend to buy bulk like this but I kept buying the little bottles anyway so decided to give these big ones a try, this stuff is amazing. The shampoo really cleanses my scalp. Real salon quality. The smell lasts in my hair for 3 days which is perfect because by then I'll wash it again. Pair this with a scalp massager when you wash your hair, Leave the conditioner in your hair for like 5-10 minutes, and that's it. Voila! I also have a couple of styling products from Kristin and OMG the smell gets me every time. Luxe feel and long lasting. I love it.

Great shampoo! I love, Kristin Ess because it always leaves my hair, smooth and shiny! I also love the size of shampoo and conditioner because it lasts me a month or two, so I don’t have to keep buying more.

I absolutely love The One shampoo and conditioner! I found it when they first started selling at Costco, I don’t think they sell it at Costco anymore now, but then I ended up finding it at Target. I did found it was cheaper to buy it as a double pack on Amazon though, and that’s the only place I buy it from now. Smells so good and my hair is super soft and shiny.

I did NOT like this shampoo or conditioner. I have been using for a couple of weeks and my hair feels dry and brittle. The shampoo felt like water and the conditioner felt waxy. I also noticed more hair coming out in the drain catcher. I’m going back to my neem oil shampoo bar and conditioner! The only positive thing about this shampoo and conditioner is the smell. It does smell amazing. Too bad it’s not a good product.
