This is excellent! Love the flavor. Fish, meat, vegetables, all good.

I discovered this seasoning during a dinner party at a local high school. The French class was raising funds for a trip to Paris and I wanted to support them. The seasoning was used on roasted potatoes. The flavor was so delicious and unfamiliar I had to ask the chef what it was. After the dinner party, I immediately went to purchase it and it has been a part of my culinary journey since! If you’ve never had it I can describe it as a more savory blend of Italian seasoning with a twist due to the thyme and lavender. It smells amazing when cooking! I use this on meat, veggies, rice, and potatoes. Excellent on home fries with peppers and onions! The price is decent as it will last a long time. However, before the pandemic, I would buy this same size at Price Rite for $6.99. I can no longer find it there so Amazon it is. I’m so glad I found it here!

Great seasoning, especially if you’d like to bake quiches and other French foods. And you get a good amount of it so that you can be plentiful with it. Taste wonderful.

Great product! Did not get to use it yet. But have used it with chicken and pork dishes. It gives great flavor.

I like to cook, a lot.I have my go-to spice combinations such as lemon with light heat (various red peppers).However, if lean toward savory, get this.I use it most, now. One eggs, on pork, chicken. All variations of potatoes.You will not be disappointed. Except that you didn't know about this combination earlier.Plus, in this size, it is very affordable.Often it is over-priced in grocery stores.Again, you will soon be won over and happy to use this in many dishes.
