Good value for money.
Really pleased with laptop. Quick enough for my needs. Just accounting software and web based graphic design software and the odd spreadsheet but compared to my old one it’s rapid, especially when online. It connected to my printers etc with no fuss. Cosmetically there is a few marks and dings on it but nothing drastic, the keyboard and screen are in excellent condition. Can’t complain for the price especially as it was half the price of a brand new one. Charging lead in very good condition. It’s not bulky or heavy either so I can easily slide it in my tote bag.

Laptop looks & performs like a new one.
When I opened the parcel, my initial thought was--Oh no--they have made a mistake & sent me a new laptop! The quality is amazing,-it both looks & works like a brand new item. The screen is pin sharp,set up was faultless & both the Wi fi & bluetooth are very strong & powerful. It is much faster than my computer (also a Dell), altogether a joy to use & an absolute out & out bargain from Amazon.

Wouldn't touch any laptop from this seller
Dell laptop was working for about 5 minutes then the laptop wouldn't boot up properly, kept saying needed to reboot coz it couldn't boot up from switching on so it had to keep rebooting, plus the battery was not the best after charging up the laptop battery, I tried to turn the laptop on the next morning after I had charged it the day before but nothing the laptop wouldn't stay on it would switch itself off after 2 seconds so I plugged in the power cord and the laptop came on after rebooting a couple of times I noticed the battery was completely dead no power in the battery at all, so I had to send the dell laptop back for a refund which I never received and coz it was a faulty laptop I was supposed to be refunded the shipping costs which I never received either so I will never purchase anything that is supposed to be refurbished ever again as the entire experience was very expensive. To me the screws at the bottom of the laptop was never removed as there was no marks on the screw heads coz if it was actually refurbished the screws would have slight damage or scratches on the heads of the screws no damage or marks on the screws it looked like it just came from the manufacturer as it appears it was not taken apart to do any kind refurbishment of the dell laptop as the battery inside the dell laptop was beyond useless as it couldn't hold charge overnight as I had to plug in the power cord to get it to function the next morning as there was zero power in the battery.

Better value than buying a new laptop
Happy with the product however delivery took 5 days.The laptop looks new, windows 11 runs well, plugged in printer and external monitor and they worked immediately so no need to install any drivers.The laptop has a touchpad but also has one of those nipple pointers in the middle of keyboard.Would buy again from these lads

Dell laptop
Really impressed with the quality of this laptop as it was used and not new. So glad I recycled instead of buying new saved some wedge and helping to reduce items that would otherwise go to landfill. Thank you guys
