Great Foam at a great price. Used it to supplement the missing areas of my recording studio. I live by a busy street so wanted at least 2" to get the job done. Can recommend.

I used these in my garage to insulate the garage door against so much cold getting through and so much sound getting through in or out. I have my business office in my garage so I don’t like hearing all the noise from outside when cars go by and I don’t like people being able to hear me talking on the phone, and this stuff works well for both those things. It was super easy to apply just put 4 double sided sticky’s ( sold separately in most cases) and then stick directly to the garage door. Easy to cut to size if you need a smaller piece. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a quick easy insulation or sound barrier.

I did not give it enough time to expand. My first review was really bad, 1/5 stars. I have about 20% panels that still need some expansion help, so I'm going to cold rinse them, as noted by the seller. Originally out of 6 packages only 1 expanded, immediately. This can be misleading and you must spread the squares out and give them time. I believe the main issue is they over-vacuum the packaging material resulting in overall expansion issues. Cold rinse them to aid in expansion.

Was weary at first but this foam is actually decent, it’s not the most dense of course because of the price point but honestly it was the best deal on Amazon I could find for the best quality acoustic treatment 👍 Studio is looking and sounding better than ever! 🔥

You get plenty for the price

I ordered these for the ceiling in my basement over my husband's office. We can hear everything from the basement so I wanted to quiet down the noise. They do make it a little quieter. Would work better in an enclosed small room. I had to buy spray adhesive cause they did not come with anything.
