Gute Nährwertangaben und schmeckt sehr lecker (ich habe Kokos bestellt)! Zudem sättigt er sehr gut, das hätte ich so nicht gedacht. Werde mir den 15 Stück Karton wieder bestellen. 2€ für eine Portion ist nur ein paar Cent teurer als ein belegtes Brötchen beim Bäcker, dafür habe ich hier eine super Eiweißquelle :-) Klare Kaufempfehlung. Review: Paket kam offen und beschädigt an. Geschmack war grauenvoll. Leider keine Empfehlung!
