Perfect! Good quality
I don't know why I waited so long to buy a griddle! I finally chose this one based on the reviews and it looked like it had the lowest toxic stuff made with it and the best quality. I'm so happy with this! It's a great weight, sturdy, easy to clean, and non-stick. Works great for bacon, pancakes, steaks, and soo much more! We live transiently so I don't buy alot of kitchen cookware....perhaps why I waited so long to purchase this, but this is perfect. We love to camp and take it camping, at our current home, we have only one stove burner, so we can't have anything bigger(I wouldn't want something bigger anyway), and it's just perfect. This is easy to move, easy to store, easy to clean, easy to use....What else could you ask for

Very good griddle, gave me three years
Update: After 3 years it is starting to near the end, which isn't bad for a non-stick pan, all of which have a one to three year life. The coating it starting to bubble and I plan on tossing it. This pan hasn't warped like all the cheaper ones I owned, and I won't change my 5 star rating. That said, my replacement won't be nonstick due to concerns over the chemicals in them. I've started using Made In stainless pans, and while expensive I'm a convert. But if you are looking for a decent non-stick skillet, you can't go wrong with this one. 6 months in, used almost daily, still looks new. I see a couple reviews where people indicated theirs lost the non-stick ability in less time - all I can figure is they don't know how to use or care for them. Absolutely no metal spatula or other implements are used on mine, and it is cleaned simply with hot water (occasionally soapy) and a soft cloth. This is a heavy duty griddle, much sturdier than the $10 cheap ones at the big box stores. I'm careful to not overheat it, so it is still has flat today as when I received it.

Sturdy functional grill
This replaced a warped, but never over-heated range top grill. I had hoped that my previous grill, with a mildly warped surface was a fluke but this new grill is also slightly warped as evident by placing butter on the 250 degree surface and it runs towards the edges - not as quickly as the old grill but it does show that the center is slightly higher. I suspect 90% of such Made in China grills will do the same. Handle is welded nicely. Surface appears smooth and without defects. Bottom surface appears like the top. No concentric pattern or combo of metals evident as seen with other grills I have reviewed or used. Whether this grill will last and maintain good function without warping remains to be seen. As always, I will hand wash it, will not put in the oven and dutifully monitor surface temps to keep below 375F to maintain the integrity of the surface and the structure of the grill.

Heats up evenly
It heats up evenly, cooks bacon evenly as well. I’ve used it multiple times and it cleans up easily. It hasn’t warped either.

Yes, Buy One for Yourself with No Regrets.
This style of griddle is something I have used for many countless years and is one of my most used pieces of cookware. Most of the plain aluminum based griddle pans warp much too easily. This one is thicker and anodized making it a little harder and spreads the heat more evenly. The nonstick is good, easy to clean and the handle is ergonomic. It costs twice as much as a plain aluminum pan but is worth the difference if you use it with any frequency because it should last much longer and the more even ness is great. Burgers, pancakes, grilled cheese, hash browns etc. all are done very well and much easier on this type of griddle. Highly recommended.

Great pan if taken care of properly.
I’ve been using this pan now for about a month and I must say it’s very nice!! I don’t know what all the 1/2 star reviews are about but let me just say this pan is great!! I have a glass electric stove and this pan cooks my bacon, eggs & pancakes flawlessly!! This pan just needs to be taken care of with TLC and it’ll give you great cooking for a long time!! The way I’ve found this pan to work at its best is to raise the heat gradually to a good desired temperature and then just go to town cooking. The way to keep the pan from warping is to just keep the pan on the stove and let the stove and pan cook together. U can easily clean the pan while it’s hot to warm without worrying if it’s gonna warp. Keeping the pan on a hot stove and letting it cool on its own is the best way to keep it working at it best. Hope this is helpful to you all.

Simply beautiful
I bought a 1 qt pan to augment a set I'd gotten that had no small pans and loved it so much I bought another-- wishing I'd simply bought Cooks Standard and saved myself the disappointment. Anyhow, I love the griddle. Lighter than my cast iron, easier to clean, hangs nicely with my other pots. Anodized finish is so much better than Teflon coating. It's just perfect. This is an edit months into use. I bought a set of Cal..... which had been fine the last time round so I went with them again and augmented with Cooks for the sizes that didn't come with the extensive set. The comparison is the Cooks pans don't have a 'baked on cooking spray' mess on the bottoms that is near impossible to get off, no chipping on the bottoms or rims, still look pristine after eight months of constant hard use. I am not kind to my pots and pans. I use metal and non-metal spatulas, etc. I leave them to soak if I don't want to do dishes right this minute. I hang them wet. I should have bought Cooks and I'd never have to deal with buying pots again.

Great for making 4 grilled sandwiches at a time. Heat is very even.

Well made, and does a really good job at distributing the heat evenly across the pan. Thick enough that it shouldn't warp like the others.
