Still plays music after being closed
Overall this is a nice little book. I like the size, and of course anything that makes music and has lights is entertaining for my children. It plays some cute tunes for each page, and when you close the book from the first set of pages it sings a song, or plays a little tune if you have it open to the second set.There are 2 changes I wish I could make though.1. I wish that it sang some of the words of the tunes inside, like an old Vtech Rhyme and Discover Book we have (with Mother Goose on the front). It only plays tunes for the songs. That isn't as big of a deal for me though as #2 below.2. I am very disappointed that it keeps making noise after the book is closed. The Vtech Rhyme and Discover Book we have says 'The End' when it is closed and it is quite so long as you don't push any buttons. This book sings or plays a tune when it is closed and then periodically makes noise for a little while afterwards unless you flip the switch to 'off'. I don't like having to shut electronic books off because then next time my kids go to play with them they sometimes just put them down since they 'aren't working'. When the book is closed it should be done making noise.

Love the sound and pages that actually turn
Got this for my 1 year old grandson who love books. This was a perfect mix of interaction, music and actual pages to turn. He loves it! I think my favorite thing about this is the size. Small enough for his lap in the carseat but big enough that he can toss it on the floor as easily
