Excellent General use & Gym shoes
The media could not be loaded. Love these.-- My Foot dimensions --Length: 11.42" (12.5 US / 46 EU)Width: 4.6" (2E or 4E)Height: 2.6" ('typical')In a Hokka, for reference, I'd wear a US 13 or 14 EE. (extra-length to get more toe box width)-- Purchased size and wear style --12.5 US (46 EU)No sock (which gives more width)No insole (gives more height, and more ground feel)-- Comparison Shoe Fit --Hokka Speedgoats: US "13 EE" almost fits comfortably (but will jam big toe -- due to point)Airhas Zerodrops: US "13 Wide" roomy lengthwise and good room for splay, but very comfortable.Vivobarefoot All Weather IV: US "12.5" fits well on length neither crowds toes nor allows splay, *much* roomier ankle heel.Vivobarefoot Motus Flex (not these shoes): US "12" or "13", unwearable, incredibly narrow shoes.-- Purchased Shoe fit --(Vivobarefoot Motus Strength)Excellent length, width is comfortable and allows a little bit of toe splay, heel is snug and stable. (Would be "tight", but the sock-like material makes it comfortable). For my (wide) feet, these are the most comfortable Vivobarefoot shoes I've found.-- General Impressions --Comfortable shoe (as above) is the number one thing, but beyond that I really like these shoes.Thin with decent ground feel. Higher lateral walls and cinched heel make the whole shoe feel very stable without feeling constricted. Ground connection is firm almost sticky.I got them for general use, and didn't expect them to make a large difference in the gym, but I *really* like them for deadlifts, squats, etc. -- I'll often do leg-day exercises in socks, but it doesn't offer great traction to the point of being unviable depending on the lifting space. Those shoes: just felt anchored, but with the stability of being flat on the ground. They're a pleasure to use. As a bonus: no foam etc. to break down under heavy weights. I'll still use them as general use shoes (because it's hard to find barefoot shoes that fit nicely and they're responsive), but I'd recommend them even just as gym shoes.Haven't done much running in them, but little bits of playing around and quite a bit of walking in an urban environment: all felt good.-- Unexpected --These are *warm* shoes. That's not bad, but it was more than expected. The waterproof all-weather IVs, for example, are less warm. I believe it's because the all-weathers have a wide open ankle and heel that circulates air. The Motus Strength locks down that heel and thus also traps in heat.Sock against top of my foot occasionally feels slightly almost prickly (barefoot/no socks). But then seems to go away. I'll report if it changes. Still, they're overall quite comfortable.-- Other Notes --Heel stability and lock down is (for me) unique among all the shoes I've owned over many years. And these are the first barefoot shoes that fit and have some toe splay. I'm a new owner, but very happy.

Cheaper here than there website
The shoe itself it’s very comfortable and the toe box definetly helps my balance when doing legs. Size is true to my size. Also cheaper buying them here than in their actual website!

Nicest pair of shoes I own
These shoes are expensive but they definitely feel high quality. I previously had a pair of Inov-8 barefoot shoes, and there is no comparison in terms of quality. As for fit, I wish they offered half sizes. I will say that I am a 10.5 and decided to buy a 10, and the shoes fit perfect, so they may run a bit big. Something I also wasn’t used to was a wide toe box. My previous barefoot’s were narrow, and switching to these kind of felt like wearing a swimming flipper at first. However, these are 100% more stable and let me feel properly planted when doing squats. I have since come to appreciate how well designed these are. The heel and upper feel snug while leaving just enough space in the toe box for splaying. I personally focus mainly on weightlifting, so I can’t speak for cardio and/or cross fit performance, but this is honestly a peak barefoot gym shoe for me.

Love my Vivos!
By far one of my favorite shoes ever. It helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis. My workouts seem to be a lot better, as it takes pressure off of my ankles, knees, hips and lower back.

Widest of wide toe boxes
3.5 starsI bought these initially to exercise in. There's too much room in the toe box and I tripped once while running. Fine for lifting, rowing, biking, not so much for running or box jumps.Walking on gravel is awful, you can feel all the rocks. We have a gravel driveway and I do not recommend if you also have a gravel driveway.I've recently started using them for work shoes. I'm on my feet most of the day and they're surprisingly comfortable. I like how flexible they are and I find that my feet don't feel so tired at the end of the day.
