The liver is beautiful. And it arrived quickly and frozen solid. I'm happy!!

A liked the size of the product and the package was frozen and had ice packs but the Foie Itself which is vacuum packed was not properly sealed and so the Foie is a little freezer burned and it's color had faded. I have not tasted it yet so we shall see. There is a huge blood vein from the vein as well that has faded into the lobe. I revised my review to one star as after I opened it I realized how freezer burned the product is . Luckily I have a vacuum sealer and resealed the item myself properly. I am very adept at using foie Gras and know the ins and outs of. This does not stand up

Excellent product

If you think you are getting a whole 1.5 pound fresh foie gras, you are not. You are getting a 1.0 pound foie gras that was previously frozen and arrives completely thawed with the cryogenic air vacuum compromised so its exposed to air so its nice and warm and gray.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would! Foie gras is so disgusting! It’s so bad for the animals and terrible for human health! The fact that people actually buy this online is so ridiculous! Some of the worst animal cruelty and a long slow death for humans delivered right to your door… no thank you!! Foie gras is linked to heart failure and liver failure as well as many other health problems in humans. If you think it’s okay to buy this garbage you should rethink your morals. Foie gras needs to be banned

This product comes from one of the cruelest and abusive farming industries. The ducks and geese are force fed several times a day to make their liver grow 10 times larger than what is natural to purposely make them sick and cause the liver to become diseased. If you eat this product you are consuming a disease! Shame on this company!!
