Nice Coffee Machine
Nice coffee machine! It's fantastic. Not only does it look great, but it also works like a charm. Grinding is noiseless and smooth. My mornings are so much better now because it brews fast and delivers delicious coffee each time. Plus, the settings let me make my coffee just how I like it. Cleaning is super easy. I highly recommend this.

Absolutely no customer service
I bought this coffee maker in Dec 2024. It worked fairly well. However the glass carafe cracked and broke few days ago. Since then I've been trying to contact their customer service but they don't seem to exist. Amazon customer service first gave me an Indian toll free number which proved to be non existent. They then gave me a UK local number. Finally I got an email address for Russell Hobbs UK. I wrote to them with the details of purchase and asking for help to replace the carafe. I got an automated reply saying they would get back within 6 days. This was on 16/7/25. Since then there has been absolutely no reply . Giving this coffee maker 1 star for pathetic customer service. Have wasted 2-3 hours on contacting them with no result. Please don't buy this item because you will get no help in case anything goes wrong. An overhyped brand. Edit on 1/8/25. I was finally able to chat with Russell Hobbs UK. I had to go on their UK website to do so. There is absolutely no info on how to contact their Indian service. After this Indian customer service got in touch with me by email . I then explained the problem. Today I finally received the replacement carafe. I must say that after contact they were prompt with their response. But I hope henceforth Russell Hobbs states clearly on their products on how to contact local service. Changing review to 4 stars after this experience.

Fresh grind and drip
I would have preferred place to keep a paper filter for better coffee, but good product overall
