How do you use this cleaner?

It’s few easy steps, the yellow bottle it’s additive u add to the diesel tank & the other product it’s foam u spray it straight on the DPF from the temperature sensor port. Instructions sheet comes with the product

To motorpower: instructions say: "oil change is necessary if oil dilution is performed with diesel" what does this mean? do we have to change the oil?

They meant by that, if oil is dirty, contaminated or you used engine flush then perform oil change.

From back of foam cleaner can: "Oil change is necessary if oil dilution is performed with diesel" What does that mean ????

Check ur oil if it’s dirty just perform oil change I recommend using engine flush, that will help reducing fumes inside the combustion chamber. When oil get dirty and old this causes Carbon and gum to build up in the piston rings area, which allows oil to bypass to the combustion chamber and cause extra fumes that clogs the DPF system fast.
