No more slipping about
Whenever I buy a new pair of golf shoes, which are generally Footjoy, I replace the studs with these. They are very well made, sturdy and give you excellent grip even on some of the wettest ground. The delivery time was as per the advert and best of all the cost was more than favourable against the major high street golf retailers. It does seem extravagant to replace brand new studs but if you grip these are the ones you need. Available for all golf shoe makes and fit.

Not the same as before
Nowhere near the same quality as the same brand cleats I bought before. The previous 'better' ones were called tri-lok but these are called slim-lok. They do work after a fashion but they are flimsier plastic, less thread and 'lower profile' meaning less substantial. I may update in the light of experience with these.

The best spikes.
I've used a few types of spike but these are definitely the best in my opinion. The only drawback, is removing the old, worn spikes, but if you own a decent spike wrench and preferably a "last", then the job's fairly simple. (A "Last", for those of you not Au Fait with the term, is a steel, shoe shaped implement, which cobblers use) p.s. After removing old spikes, scrub out holes under a running tap, with an old toothbrush, to enable easy fitting of replacements.

Beware cheap look alikes
The product is suitable for foot joy golf shoes unlike others advertised on the internet that look as though they should and claim to do so. Avoid these others even though they are cheaper!

Until recently, I didn’t know there were two types of golf cleat screws. These fit my Footjoy Icon shoes and they’re high-quality cleats.
