I love this product. I first found it in a bundle at Costco and was really skeptical about the benefits. But if you are in a warm environment—i’m in Hawaii—my God, it changed my life. I might drink less water, but I no longer feel like I’m dying in the desert. If you live in a warm environment, consider this product. It (and Balance of Nature) is the first supplement I’ve taken that has induced a positive change in my everyday life. Don’t let this slip by.

I absolutely love the Rainbow Sherbet Liquid I.V.! It dissolves quickly and evenly in water, and the flavor is refreshing without being too sweet. I feel so much better and more energized after drinking it, and I really appreciate that it provides essential nutrients with no added sugar. The single-serve packets are super convenient for on-the-go use, whether I’m at work, traveling, or just out and about. Overall, this is a fantastic product that I’ll keep coming back to!

The Lemon Lime flavor is delicious—refreshing without being too sugary or too salty. I really like that it’s sugar-free but still provides plenty of electrolytes, making it perfect for sweaty workouts. It’s quickly become a daily staple for me, and the individual packets are super convenient to toss in a gym bag or use on the go. The individual packs make it easy to grab and go. There is a noticeable difference in my recovery when i have one after a workout versus when i don't. Super easy to mix.

I absolutely love this flavor! I have tried several Liquid IV options, and this is hands down the best flavor. I am a mom of three state champion wrestlers and liquid IV has been a life saver in getting them hydrated quickly and ready to compete and is easy to use. The only reason for four and not five stars is the amount of Niacin in the product. Niacin is a great additive, but too much can cause an increase in liver enzymes. We love this flavor so much we end up drinking too much. Would love an option for regular use as I hate the taste of plain water.

I have tried a dozen of the liquid IV flavors, and this is by far my favorite! This product was recommended by my cardiologist for POTS, and it does help with hydration and balancing electrolytes. More than anything though, I love the flavor!

I usually go with the white peach flavor but decided to try the raspberry lemonade for variety and am SO glad I did! They taste JUST like the Simply Raspberry Lemonade! All of the flavors I try very easily mix in with water and taste wonderful. Also, when I’m done, I can easily rinse out my bottle a couple of times, fill it with regular water and there’s no any taste remaining of the flavor that was in it after a couple of sips, which I was worried about. The only thing I’ll complain about is the price, but it does its job, so I’ll keep buying it.

I cannot get enough of the Rainbow Sherbet Liquid I.V.! It tastes exactly like a sweet, creamy sherbet without being overpowering or artificial. I’m obsessed and it’s so delicious that I actually look forward to drinking water every day now.It’s become part of my daily routine for getting in my water and electrolytes, and I love that it’s sugar free so I can enjoy it without feeling guilty. Not as tasty as the sugar version but still delicious. I never feel as good as when I chug a glass of this down! I split it into 2 glasses and add a little pink salt, tastes better and makes it go further IMO.
