I enjoyed The Man from Waco Book 2. Being a 6th generation of Texas, it’s nice to go home now and then.

Too bad there are no more books in this series. Both of these authors write amazing stories. The characters are so vivid.

John moves on searching for a special place that he can settle into. His nemesis continues to search for him now that his pardon has been revoked. John's luck and his good nature keeps him fairly safe while he decides what to do.

I really enjoyed these two books. I wish there were more in the series. A giant of a man who wrongly spends 5 years of a 20 year sentence for a first time offense of bank robbery, then freed by a judge whom he saved from being killed while working on a prison gang building a bridge, the judge petitions the governor for his release. He works for the judge for a while but then the judge passes way. So John (the gentle giant) wanders away and becomes the marshal of a small town after changing his name. More excitement follows.
