Great book written by a great man. This book maps the the science on how companies can be good and do great things for the world. This is a must read for anyone dedicated to making the world a better place through leading organizations into authentic power.

Grain of Salt
There are lot of good things in this book including tools and concepts. However, the idea that a fully mature leader should be a social activist is not good advise. I know this is in vogue right now and I agree that businesses should do social good, but, the title activist has certain connotations that I think could harm a company's reputation rather than enhance it.
