This electric go-kart is adorable!! Our 4-year-old couldn't wait to get cruising the driveway and sidewalks once it was built. Upon arrival, you'll have to attach the wheels and the steering wheel prior to usage, and don't forget to attach the red cable to the battery pack (I almost forgot that step). Once assembled and charged, it's ready for the kiddos to play! This go-kart is adorable, y'all. It has flashing lights on the steering wheel, rear tail lights that illuminate, and then allows them to select some music to play while driving. It has speed settings, and all of them are manageable. Your toddler won't be setting any speed records while taking this go-kart for a spin. It does have a safety strap (seat belt) to ensure your little one doesn't take a tumble out when making a turn. The flag on the back is also a great safety feature (along with the lights, bright yellow color, and audible sounds), as it's a visual indicator that there is a kiddo on a motorized electric toy coming your way. I love extra safety measures, even something as simple as a flag. Our 4-year-old thinks this is THE COOLEST toy we have! He asks to ride on it EVERY single day when coming home from pre-school, and takes great pride in keeping it pristine. While he's old enough to drive it without assistance, this does come with a remote that will allow for the parents or caregiver to control/steer it from a distance (BRILLIANT!). Overall, this is a fantastic ride-on toy that our kiddo is LOVING!! 10/10 recommend. GREAT gift idea!

This go kart is loads of fun. This is also very safe for small children to operate. It can be controlled with a remote and the child can also have control at the same time. We put our nephew in this and showed him how to operate it, he is not even talking yet but he was able to figure out what to do after a few times. If he was starting to go off course or get distracted we would just take over with the remote. This is great for kids that are just starting to get interested in cars, and gives adults piece of mind knowing they can control it rather than chase them down. I wish I had one of these for my son when he was younger, I was a nervous wreck when we got him his first battery operated toy. This drives good on concrete and works well on gravel and in the grass. It has little sounds and a radio. This is a good value and is sure to keep the little ones entertained, and the adults too

My kids are really happy with this car. At 2.9 miles per hour it goes almost a whole mile an hour faster than our old ride-on car! ha! The weight capacity is 50KG (110lbs), so even my 11-year-old can ride on this, which she still enjoys. It has a whole bunch of extra features too: 1. with the flip of a switch it goes in reverse 2. It has headlights and flashing tail lights. FUN! And also seems like a good safety measure if this gets taken out for a walk. 3. It has music from multiple genres and in various languages. Easy for kids to learn to turn on. 4. It does have a remote option for adults to assume control, but unfortunately, you have to take off the seat to flip a switch into remote mode. No big deal, even my 1-year-old had learned to drive this car after a couple of tries. You do have to put it together somewhat - attach the wheels, steering wheel and seat, but it comes with accurate instructions and the tools to do it. We also were not missing any parts. Cons: 1. This thing is heavy! For me, it is a lot to carry when cleaning it up. Not a deal-breaker, but it is heavier than our old single ride-on car. 2. It is also difficult to store because the wheel base is so wide, it takes up a lot of space. We have been considering storing it on its side to save room. But again, to do that, you have to pick it up, so the weight makes it a bit hard to work with. 3. Watch your toes! I was wearing sandals and my 11-year-old was on this. I bent down to give her a hug goodbye, and she accidentally hit the accelerator. ~100lbs ran over my big toe! It did not feel good. The wide wheel base means we'll have to be more careful to make sure no one is in the wide path of the car. We really like this car. I am torn between giving it 4 or 5 stars because it's fun, has cool features, goes faster than our old car, but it's heavy-weight and wide wheel-base are the reasons I have decided to go with 4 stars.

Went out after a few months

This is such a fun little toddler go-cart. It's does require you to put some of it together, so allow yourself some time for that before going out to use it the first time. It's the perfect size for toddlers, great for those in the 2-4 age range. It's also light enough in weight that if your little one rolls over someone's foot, it won't do damage (yep, it's already gone over my foot and the other kid's feet). Overall I can't think of anything about this I'd change. The lights work great, you can connect music to it through Bluetooth, the battery lasts a good while and there's varying speeds so it works for several ages. Love it!

I got this go cart for my 3 year old son. This car has a fast and slow option and I loved that it has a remote to drive yourself. My son is autistic and doesn't know what to do in one of these. So the remote was a God send.
