This bed frame far exceeds my expectations in quality, strength, durability and beauty. I've purchased a few slat-type frames for mattresses in the past, and while those were fine, this is clearly superior. The strength from the solid wood, hardware and fasteners is evident from when you first open the package. It took two of us about 35 minutes to assemble. It is really a beautiful piece of furniture, with varying colors of gold and brown to easily match other shades of wood in existing furniture and oak trim in my bedroom. Attached photos include a 14" king mattress for reference.

Finally a real wood frame , first the package came doubled boxed , every piece is wrapped in protective cover . This is a quality product , with a clear instructions book it is sturdy and very easy to assemble. The headboard is beautiful. It is very heavy, and sturdy. All pieces fit together nicely. I assembled alone, in about an hour and a half. It is recommended for 2 people. If you have 2 it would take about 45 minutes. I was very happy with the bed. Only issue was the velcro that holds the slats to the bed was stapled on all crooked on the very last slate. No way to get it straight. I have tried. Other than that every thing is great. I don't think the crooked velcro will affect anything.

Great Solid Wood and so lovely. My daughter likes it so much that she bought one for her master bed and one for the guest bedroom. It goes with everything and we are very happy with the beauty as well as the quality. Mattress fits perfectly and it will be durable...solid wood is the best.

Exceptionally sturdy and made with REAL, SOLID WOOD. I was amazed to find such a gorgeous bed frame at this price point made with real wood. My husband was thrilled at the high quality construction and ease of assembly.

Bought king size. Came packed well. One of the easiest pieces of furniture I've ever assembled. Went together flawlessly and without effort. Very solid and looks great. And price is amazing for such a quality piece.

Box was VERY HEAVY. Since I was putting this together myself I had to take pieces out bit by bit in order to get it inside. All of the pieces were well made and instructions were very clear! I only put the headboard/side slats on backwards once. overall this took about 4hours with breaks to build. The wood is much darker than I was expecting, but overall happy with the bed. Seems sturdy, no creaking.

this a very nice frame and headboard. assembly is easy and, for the most part, the directions are clear. but whoever thought attaching the frame sides to the foot of the bed should be done with the sides in a vertical position needs to get sober before writing more instructions.
