18 volts battery no good
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 18 volt drill with battery and charger the battery will not charge

Do NOT Buy it from Amazon, Ryobi will use it as an excuse to not help you with warranty repairs
I bought this from amazon to enjoy the free Prime delivery. The drill arrive and worked, and since I don’t use it that often it took a while for the need to charge the battery. Well, the charger that came with it didn’t work. I contacted Ryobi service to see if I can get a replacement unit. They said since it was not purchased through an authorized reseller they will not help me even though there is a one year warranty on it. I will never buy an Ryobi product again and I urge you not to buy from them either. All I want is them to send me a replacement charger for a product that is clearly theirs.

I love all my ryobi tools
I had to buy a new drill cuz at a product show, one of the other vendors stole my drill... This is a guy that owns a famous spice company & when I turned my back to load up the last of my stuff, poof, my drill was gone..
