Zyxel 8-Port Multi-Gig 2.5G Cloud/Smart-Managed Switch | 2x 10G SFP+ | Desktop/Wall Mount [XMG1915-10E]

I bought two of these and making use of LACP between them on the fibre ports. I’ve not finished my nebula 30 day trial so not sure what I will be left with after then, hoping something as I can’t afford to keep the enhanced license going. One gotcha I found was that the copper ports look to be 100/1000/2500 and don’t seem to be able to negotiate 10Mbps which is the speed my hive home hub is negotiating with my Cisco switch anyway…. This could be a possible reason people may find problems when connecting old iot type devices.. I bought the none PoE and the PoE variant. My kit is only drawing 7watts from the PoE (nebula tells me so) so not pushing it anywhere near its limit. The switches seem to be working well with an older series of NETGEAR wireless mesh for wired back haul after some reconfiguration. Really impressed with these units so far, build quality and features are exactly what I needed. I’m not using 2.5Gbps copper yet but hopefully will at some point. Nice work Zyxel, way better than a media converter solution I was considering…

Excellent switch. Has enterprise capabilities and is FAST :-) Out performs an expensive HP switch that I had in place previously.

Acquistato al Black Friday in sostituzione di uno Switch unmanaged e configurato con una ventina di device affidabile e performante. Utilizzato con NAS per backup giornaliero mai un problema.

Ein super Switch. Vollständig über das Web-Interface konfigurierbar. Nebula-Cloud ist optional. Per Default ist dieser Switch ein DHCP-Client. Ans bestehende Netz anschließen und dann sofort darauf zugreifen. Default Login: admin, 1234 Die SFP+ Module von Sodola funktionieren in diesem Switch und werden mit 10G erkannt (Sodola 10GBase-T RJ45 SFP+ Module, https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0CQ4V96LM/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_5?smid=A1JGXN6PTHITL&th=1) Leiferung von Amazon war schlecht. Lieferant hat das Paket irgendwo im Treppenhaus abgestellt. Musste erstmal suchen wo das Paket ist... -1 Stern dafür Update nach 1 1/2 Monaten: Einmal eingerichtet tut der Switch ohne Probleme seine Arbeit. Ich habe 2 von diesen Switches bei mir verbaut die über die oben genannten Sodola SFP+ Module miteinander verbunden sind. Guter Datendurchsatz, stabile Verbindungen. Die Module werden in diesem Switch nicht einmal Handwarm - in einem NoName Switch wurden die selben Module heiß. Es ist schön eine Netzwerkkomponente zu haben die nach einmaliger Einrichtung einfach seine Arbeit macht ohne immer Aufmerksamkeit zu fordern. Ich kann den Switch darum nur empfehlen - auch wenn er etwas mehr kostet.

Le produit est fonctionnels cependant je ne sais pas si c’est mon modèle mais lors de la connexion du module SFP+ j’ai été obligée d’effectuer plusieurs reboot pour la bonne prise en compte. Donc une étoile en moins.
