Excellent supplement for joints
Glucosamine, chondroitin, MSN & vitamin C tablets that are a) excellent value for money (when compared to other High Street providers) & b) do the job. I was getting stiff knees (road cycling) & my sports physio suggested I get this supplement to help my knees & joints in general. I did, started on three tablets a day for a month then went to two a day. They certainly worked, these are another batch as I'm just about finished the other bottle. I'll buy again when I need some more. Excellent product.

They work!
Seems to work great. I was suffering from wrist and shoulder pain from kickboxing training, as well as hip pain from an impingement. A few days after starting on these tablets it's much more manageable. Pain is reduced and I appear to have more of my range of motion back. Not sure if the joints will heal in the long term, but short term these tablets are definitely helping.
