I bought a couple different mango powders thinking they would probably be interchangeable. This was had noticeably more flavor, fragrance, and color than the other one. It was also much clumpier. I was putting it in the blender anyway though, so the clumpiness didn’t bother me.

Just the flavor I was looking for to complement my homemade hot chili blend. Organic freeze dried mango. Can use in pepper or sauce. Easy to mix in just the right flavor. The powder has small clumps but not having added rice flour or other desiccant is totally acceptable for my needs. Tastes like mango!

powder does not dissolve unless blended. It really imparts no flavor

The powder tended to coagulate pretty dense in the jar that l kept it in, which was a bit frustrating.

I have tried other brands of mango powder and none measure up to Jungle Powder brand. This one is my recommendation for anyone that has not tried it.

This is ehhh, flavor is not great. Smell is mild, Clumps cuz bag does not seal completely easily breaks apart. Would not suggest to use. Sorry
