I love these. Take daily. Great for muscles and helping you not being sore. At nearly 72 and work at wally world, i can put out 46 lb dog food and not be sore. These have more benefits than mentioned. Get them, feel the difference.

Turmeric helps; ginger not so much tastes great
I can tell the difference whe. I take this with my inflammation but the ginger isn't doing much for the stomach issues (acid). Tastes: really good. Smell is off putting Size: normal gummy size and you ate two.
