Can this be used on interior plastics or should i stick to carpro dlux? Only thing that is leather is my steering wheel and 80% of the dash is vinyl

No. Leather only. For plastics use carpro Dlux

Is this product safe on light beige leather? Description said not to be used on white or light color interior.

I used on light tan leather. It is invisible to me. There was no visible difference between the front and back leather. Tested on side area first. I used it because of the protection for light leather.

Does it make my leather finish look "glossy"? My brand new car has low gloss and soft finish which I want to keep.

I used on new Q7 and seems invisible. It is not shiny at all.
