If you own any DEWALT 20V tools, this starter kit is a no-brainer. The two 5.0Ah batteries pack a serious punch — they charge quickly and last an impressively long time, even under heavy use. I’ve run my impact driver, circular saw, and even a leaf blower on these, and I’m always amazed at how much work I can get done before needing to swap batteries. The charger is fast and dependable, with clear indicators, and I like that DEWALT’s lithium-ion tech holds a charge for months when stored. These aren’t just backup batteries; they’re workhorses. I rate this item as a 5.. the products that were shipped: 2-genuine DeWalt 20v Max-lithium rechargeable batteries and a new DeWalt Charger & they were absolutely new; The package had not been opened and we're all in the same factory box...Not as some have reported; also both of the batteries were factory charged on the batteries to level one on their indicators - I then used the new charger included to complete charging the two batteries -which took about 20 minutes each to reach full charge- I then tested the batteries in my DeWalt 20v max XR tools and they work fine and hold their charge..The only thing I encountered was with Amazon losing the order in shipment somehere and it was not the Vendors fault but all arrived about a week later - all is good now. Please see the attached photos that verify what I have stated.

Works much better than aftermarket batteries and chargers. Worth the extra money to go with OEM.

Batteries are great, the charger works as it should, I have no complaints!

One of these 20 vdc batteries has not worked since purchased. The test button on battery does not work. And it will not take a charge. The battery charger and the other battery is bought in this set works fine but 5 months after purchasing this set I went to use the other battery and it doesn't work at all. Not sure how to address this issue been using one battery only in flash light in emergency only went to change with other battery and this hasn't worked since I purchased it.

Great Price! Most big box stores charge $150 for just one of the batteries. You would probably pay double to triple for all these components regularly. Dewalt quality is nice to have.

Good quality, nice packaging and battery was so good. charger voltage is 110v only just plug into 110v socket or buy the ac converter 220v to 110.
