Yes, I used it with Monterrey and both Audacity and GarageBand. It works with both, but GarageBand makes transferring MP3s to the Music app easier than Audacity.

No, that input is used to play another audio source through your Aiwa. If you're looking to digitize old cassette tapes, the DigitNow does have a 1/8 audio plug. This can be plugged into the headphone jack on your Aiwa (depending on the headphone jack, you may need a 1/8 to 1/4" adapter) to transfer your music to your computer. You will need to keep the volume somewhat low, so the sound doesn't become distorted.

CAN IT BE USED FOR karaoke?

Can it be used for karaoke? My TV is Android; we don't have any three-pin connector. So I bought this device, but now it is not working. Or should I try fixing it another way? I am unsure; can anyone help?

Hardware Works Software Sucks

Comes with a software CD but guess what? We dont have cd-roms anymore on our systems. If you think you can download the software from web, good luck! There's still a way around to get it to work. Just install OBS studio and it will do the job. I successfully digitised footages from my handycam.
