Okay so it came and it wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be larger, but I'm not mad. Let me explain. I went yooperlite hunting and then my daughter got a glow axolotl. I needed a flashlight with the correct NM. I bought two and one wasn't even UV. It was a standard flashlight that costed more. The other wasn't UV, it was just a regular light with a purple lens. That was upsetting. So I come to amazing and I order this light and it's quite a little beast! It's small so it fits in my hand (which is the part I didn't expect and I wanted to be mad about) but then it has this AWESOME feature. You push the head up and it makes a wide ray of light and you pull it out and it makes a focused laser beam of absolute UV power! I was so excited. So I did the test on my yooperlite that I brought home and they glow! I test with the wide ray which is less intense on the axolotl, and he in fact glows. Then I made a poor choice and used it on my light switch. I saw things that I wish I hadn't. Now I need to clean my house a lot more than I realized! This little light works so well. The wide and focused option is what sold me. Being able to have a general view of things and then a slim high focus option in case you are in fact hunting for things is pretty cool. I will probably order another one... Or three. The box it comes in can be kept and used for storage. It works off of USB power and it's C class so it works on all of my chargers. This thing is dope. Great seller, seller packaged, shipping was on time and the product is so cool.

Used this loght to find yooperlites while in the U.P. of Michigan. There were several people with bigger and more expensive lights that were unable to find anything. And we found several with this light. It is bright and you can adjust how wide it goes. It's even rechargeable. You can't beat the price! Super lightweight weight, durable and easy to use.

I got this to see if the cats have been peeing where they shouldn't. This thing works great and I started looking all over, this light will pickup even water stains on the ceiling with easy, I knew they were there but had to use a light over 1000 lumens to see them this light makes them shine. I will be using this light to look for AC leaks and coolant system leaks in the future. Oh and the scary part if you think your bathroom is clean HA! use this to light it up. I like that it has an 18650 that can be replaced if needs to be has it's own built-in charger. Love this light.

This UV flashlight is impressively bright, and I love that you can adjust the beam to suit different tasks. It works exceptionally well for curing UV resins, making it a great tool for crafts and repairs. Another big plus is the quick recharge time—no waiting around forever for it to be ready to use again. The only downside is the on/off switch cover. If you carry it in your pocket or accidentally bump it against something, the cover can pop off. Getting it back on can be a little frustrating since the small flange needs to fit into a groove just right. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, if you need a reliable, bright, and adjustable UV flashlight, this one does the job well—just be mindful of the switch cover!

This thing is cool. I originally bought it to test electrical grease contamination, but quickly found that it charges the lume on my watches really fast. Then I started enjoying the fact that I could use it at night to see up my long driveway without blasted 1 billion lumens in the middle of the night, it feels stealthy. Then I found my first scorpion buddy. Those suckers glow! The kids enjoy playing with it and you can see all kinds of stuff. Fillings or tooth caps are cool to see, really checking the cleanliness of your house, etc.. lots of fun!

Arrived on time and as described. Small, durable, and RECHARGEABLE! This little flashlight has a strong beam that you can see even during daylight. It's obviously MUCH better at night, but even during the day I was able to detect what I was looking for with the light that was emitted. I had a friend bring over her cat to my house, and although her cat and my cat wanted nothing to do with each other, by the end of the visit I had noticed evidence of marking. My cay had run up to a top shelf to avoid the other cat, so the evidence I found was definitely fro our visitor... but in retaliation, my cat left marking the following day. UGH CATS!!! Ok Well, I cleaned up as best I could, but once things dry you never know what you may have missed. So I ordered the flashlight and it did the trick. I searched the house and found marks in more than a few places! I also found human marks in the guest bathroom that I never use (because it is a guest bathroom and I live alone...) anywho, so now I know to clean up a lot more thoroughly in that room as well. UGH MEN!!! (don't come at me, there is no way women or cats could have made those marks. Guys! It's not that hard to aim in the giant water hole!) Any who. It works well. Bottom Line: YES! It works WELL! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

First of all, IF this was advertised as a 395 NM UV A flashlight I would have given it five stars. It is a good value if it was marketed as a 395 NM UV A light source. If marketed honestly - this is an awesome 5 star product. But marketing this as a 365 NM UV B light source is a travesty. A UV B 365 NM light source produces zero visible light. This produces plenty of UV A, but it comes with so much visible light it almost looks like a standard LED flashlight with low batteries. There is nothing discreet about using this light source. It is obvious, you are holding the source. If you need a true 365 NM UV B light source, this is not what you want. Go get the UvBeast 365 NM light sources. They cost more, but are true UV B. There is no visible light emanating from these. But, if you need UV A, and can tolerate a fair amount of light bleeding over from the visible spectrum, then this is a VERY NICE product. It is a good value, it is well-built. The spot to wide angle zoom works well. I really like that. It allows surveying a wide area and then quickly bringing more illumination on things of interest. The picture shows my everyday carry LED flashlight next to the the item being reviewed. No trick photography, that is how much visible light this Darkbeam flashlight produces. This is totally unacceptable for a product advertised as UV B. Again, this is a 5 star UV A light source. But as advertised, at 365 NM, it fails. Even the instructions get it wrong. They describe the 365 NM UV B as "a bluish light". The human eye will not detect UV B. However, parts of the human eye will fluoresce under UV B, but this is not the light emanating from the UV B light source. The instructions go on to say "UV-395" is a violet light. No, violet is a visible color, their UV A LEDs produce some violet and this light source does not filter it out.
