It's a great hardhat, it's very sturdy i have dreads so the strap wouldn't fit not that i wanted it to.

I’ve used this hard hat in both extreme heat and cold, and it’s been comfortable in both conditions. The ratchet turn dial makes sizing quick and easy—my husband and I can share it and adjust the fit in seconds. Unlike some hard hats that feel like they’re floating above your head, this one sits lower and feels more secure. The ventilation holes made a noticeable difference when I was working in 100-degree sun, keeping my head cooler than expected. In colder weather, it still keeps my head warm without overheating. The full brim goes all the way around the hat, which provides better sun and neck coverage compared to hats with only a front brim. It’s especially helpful when working outside for long periods. The only thing to be aware of is that the full brim adds a bit of bulk, so it may take a short adjustment period if you’re used to a more minimal style. Overall, it’s been a solid, functional hard hat for a range of conditions.
