The device is amazing but mine kept rebooting and it had a dead/stuck pixel. This seller’s return option is a nightmare. The only option is UPS Pickup. My guess it’s because they want to make it as inconvenient to return it as possible so you can keep it. I loved the device. Too bad I got a defective one and a bad seller with poor return options. After I mentioned my issues the seller stop responding to my messages.

This handheld packs more punch than my gaming laptop. Love it and it gets used daily. Really enjoy GPD products. Had the Win 2 before and this one is so much more refined and beastly.

I don't usually write reviews, but I really liked this handheld and thought I'd give Playstation owners fair warning.​I genuinely wanted to like this device... it's a powerful and small and handles demanding games well.​My issues:​Responsiveness and Speed: The overall speed and responsiveness of the Win 4 felt sluggish and inconsistent.​Hardware/Software Instability: I experienced frequent glitches. On several occasions, the screen failed to turn on, and the dedicated mouse button stopped working completely. (A full restart would generally fix the issue)Fan noise was a little loud but not too unbearable.​My biggest issue is this device doesnt work with Remote Play or console remote play. PSplay will not recognize the GPD gamepad as a controller, and drivers don't seem to work. I purchased this unit specifically to stream my games, and this lack of compatibility renders it useless for that purpose unless I pair another controller with it.

Bought it May 22nd. Had it less than a month. Used it on average about an hour a day. The screen died.Edit: I'm trying to contact customer support to see about fixing this. I'm never going to give this thing five stars based solely on the fact that it broke in 21 days while being lightly used. But depending on how the customer service goes, I might turn it back up to a 4.Edit Two: Here we are, July 22nd. Exactly two months from purchase and the replacement screen ribbon came in the mail. Cost 30 bucks. I installed it and the screen works. Unfortunately, during the install process my keyboard ribbon got damaged...so now the keyboard doesnt work. This damn thing dude. I have Bazzite installed so I can easily use the virtual keyboard but give me a break. This thing cost a thousand dollars and the build quality would make me guess it cost $200 to make, tops.Two stars from me because this thing only worked for a hand-full of casual hours.

This is a great device if I didn’t already have a desktop I would have loved to keep it but I just don’t touch it as much as I want to. I highly recommend this device

Language is in Chinese out of the box, had to use a app to translate everything to English but still was having issue with it not all being in English. Device gets hot in the hands and is like holding a boulder very heavy and uncomfortable to hold for 20 minutes. The only good thing is the keyboard.
