Yes it is ok for earrings I put some in the box as a present for my wife it really looked the part.....

For the bracelet box, what is the circumstance of the ring cushion?

There isn’t a circular ring space, as the ring doesn’t sit horizontally therefore there isn’t a circumference. Rather there’s a ring slot. So the ring sits vertically, upwards, with the jewel at the top. So the box can accommodate any ring size. Hope this helps!
