How much, chondroitin & msm, does a serving offer, exactly?

This reply applies to triple strength formula that you take two caplets per day. One daily serving (2 caplets) contains 1500 mg of Glucosamine Hydrochloride. MSM is not given as a single ingredient. It is included in what is called, Mobile Flex (Tm) Proprietary Blend consisting of MSM and several other ingredients. The total for the blend is 1194 mg. One last thing that interested me is sodium content, which is less than 1%. Most other brands are much higher.

Are the glucosamine and chondroitin the sulphate or HCl form? How much chondroitin is in each capsule?

Try it for yourself, make your own decision.

Started using this back when they advertised it was invented for dogs but worked great for people. It was cheaper than the pain killer the doctor prescribed, and I have taken it on and off for many years. You have to try it to know if it works on your joint pain. Consumers Report said it didn't work. But for me - it does.

Good Product And Value

Okay so I wish I could tell you that the G+C and MSM had worked a miracle for me but that is not the case but I can say at this point me, my husband and my 90 pound Pit Bull are all taking this product. The hubby and I have issues with arthritis, stiff joints and back pain. My 90 pound Gracie girl just turned 7 years old. She hurt her hip a few months back and it has been an on going problem specially with her weight and size. I started all of us out on 2 pills a day for about 2 to 3 weeks and now we are all taking one a day. Hubby seems to think they are helping him some and I really do think they are helping Gracie so I will continue these for her and the hubby as long as they are of benefit. The one complaint I have is that they are HUGE pills on the plus side at least they have a slick coating which does help them go down easier. Thankfully Gracie will take anything I give her with peanut butter! So my advice to you is give it a try and see what you think for yourself. At this point I give it a thumbs up for those I love even if it has not had the desired benefit I wanted on a personal level. Maybe I just need to give it more time... I am gonna stay on it awhile longer and will update if necessary.
