Delighted with this loo seat. Fitting was easy, features are outstanding, completely non-slip. We have a 'modern' style bathroom suite which, to be honest, would be better off in a skip. The design is just perfect for not being able to get your arm around, under, over, through, whatever, to fasten anything. What should be the easiest of DIY jobs becomes a bone crunching nightmare. Last time we had a new seat (about 5 years ago) it took two of us just to hold the bolts and washers on so we could tighten it up, it really is almost impossible to reach the underneath of the bolts. Then we discovered these 'top fixing' loo seats and bolts. I was a bit sceptical but ordered one to take a chance. It's fantastic!! Extremely easy to fit, didn't need the instructions at all. The top fixing rubber bungs fit our pan superbly, nice and tight straight away, rock solid after the bolts were tightened. A great feature is the removable seat section so if the bolts become loose they can be tightened up in 60 seconds. The placement 'lugs' on the bottom of the seat (the bits that land on the pan rim) are made of a solid material that's completely non-slip on our pan. Even if the bolts came out completely I can't see this moving very far. Even with the bolts tight, there is some slight movement of the whole seat assembly, but this isn't because it's becoming loose, it's just the play where the removeable seat fixes into the mounting bolts. We love the soft close as well. Sooooo many times I've woken up in the night to pee, crept around the room, quietly gone into the loo then dropped the old seat with one hell of a crash. Not possible anymore. Bliss. I made just one change to the manufacturers intentions for fitting. There are two lengths of bolts provided, short for top fixing and long for bottom fixing. I used the long bolts but still used the top fixing method. I did this so that we could practice our contortion and bone breaking yoga skills to try to get the bottom bolts on as well if necessary. I genuinely don't think we'll need to do this.

Quite a sturdy seat, this is easily kept clean and fits great! I’m not a small person at almost 13 and half stone and suits fine..I think instructions could be clearer as I didn’t realise the rubber had to go through hole too but after sussing it out myself it doesn’t move at all!! Good value too, soft close a dream! Update: had this seat nearly 3 months now and it hasn’t worked loose once! Annoying when I read other reviews stating theirs comes loose..they are obviously fitting it wrong! One reviewer was pushing rubber bung through hole with the screw attached!! Another says it takes 2 people, one to screw and another to hold the rubber underneath? I mean really what were they doing!! Do this : 1) remove screw from rubber bung an press bung through hole in toilet..I had to really squeeze it through, it leaves a lip round hole.. 2) put spiked round hinge base over hole on top of rubber lip 3) put washer on screw an place in slot on base and screw into hole.. the rubber tightens this up.. add seat to align an tighten screw fully.. job done.. add cap to cover.. it won’t go anywhere!! I’m 68 and a disabled woman so if I can do it anyone can..plz don’t knock the product because u are doin it wrong!

I wanted a reasonably light weight toilet seat for the downstairs toilet and this fitted the bill nicely. I am impressed with the fittings and how secure it was to fix in place. The ability to remove to clean is a nice touch and the soft close seems to work well. Overall very happy with it and it fitted the original toilet bowl very well.

Had installed this for sometime now. Installing it was quite easy. Find that the cover stick to the seat and physically require you to wedge it apart not like the other toilet seat I had where you lift up the cover and the toilet seat stay down not coming up with the cover. The other thing I find annoying is that the cover is a dome shape not flat and when you happen to seat on top of it , it flex down and made it feel like it might break the cover. Otherwise it a good value product if you do not mind every time you lift the cover when down and you had to prise the cover and seat apart and that you not using the seat cover ( sometime) to dress after a shower etc.

This toilet seat is well made it is designed well and is contoured to fit and to remove making, it is easy to remove for cleaning fitting of the hinges can be a little bit of a trial and error positioning them so the seat fits well to the pan and able to remove the seat for cleaning, I would buy this seat again without hesitation despite a lot of low star reviews where other reviewers have complained that the seat moves (mine hasn't in the six weeks since I fitted it). its well engineered and the soft close is perfect.

Actually works. After 5 months I do need to tighten the fixings but that's easy to do. Even though it's come slightly loose it does not throw you to the ground like my previous one, it just doesn't sit quite square. I can live with that. Easy to install, especially if you read the instructions first! Sturdy. Never feels flimsy, soft close is a dream in a houseful of adult males

Pour changer le mien qui s'est cassé et là je dois dire que je suis ravi par la facilité d'installation, je tiens à préciser que je suis handicapé moteur et n'ai qu'une main de valide et là avec ma seule main ça m'a pris 15 minutes à peine pour l'installer j'ai choisi l'option installation par le haut puisqu'il est possible de l'installer soit par le haut ou le bas, en ce qui me concerne par le haut bien plus pratique nul besoin de se contorsionner, reste à voir maintenant la solidité dans le temps mais jusque là parfait je suis ravi.

Super sitz Preis -leistungsverhältnis stimmt . Produkt ist weiter zu empfehlen.
