The Elliptical machine is an excellent buy. It is sturdy, easy to operate and even though you are relaxed while you using it you are getting the benefit of exercise. Would recommend the machine to anyone who sits rather than doing a walk.

Pretty good I like it, really burns the thighs while sitting Its sturdy able to hild my weight (im a bigger guy) the others one dont hold up to bigger people. Its easy to use, effective cones preassembled and good on speeds preprogrammed usages. It is effective only issue i have is it should have cone with straps so your feet stay on it

The unit performed very well. However, the issue that I had was that the pedals had raised bumps on, and I could not keep my feet on the pedals even using straps. I enjoyed the programing and the machine is well made.

They work Great. I ride a stationary bike or pedaling device & I need STABILITY to keep my feet on the pedals. These keep my feet on the pedals and that prevents any injury because my feet don't slide off while I'm pedaling & they are adjustable.

The straps are at least half-again too wide for the strap guides on the machine. I use them to keep my knees vertical on the machine.
