Zamouri Spices are made in Morocco and imported to USA by a company in KS. The spice kit is wonderful! Need to replace a couple and, the oil is fantastic. Everything you need to make genuine Middle Eastern recipes.

Does the lemon supposed to be kind of cloudy looking?

Our preserved lemons are made the traditional way with the juice of the lemon instead of plain water. It will not be clear. The preservation process starts to break down the hardness of the lemon rind, making the skin softer and taste more subtle and less tart. It may appear cloudy.
