While the Yaber Pro V9 certainly offers good value for its price, feeling notably more premium than other budget brands despite lacking an Android OS, I consistently found that many lower-priced options, though not pixelated, produced an image that just felt flat and lifeless. This was a significant dilemma, as setting up a proper home theatre required a picture that truly "felt alive." Then came the WZATCO Alpha 2 Max, and it genuinely blew me away. For its price point, it delivers a stunningly sharp native 1080p, with rich contrast and punchy brightness that brings a 120-inch image to life. I did thorough research before selecting the Wzatco Alpha 2 Max, and I'm pleased with my choice—it’s definitely worth the investment. The video quality is excellent and the audio is decent. However, the auto-focus and auto-keystone functions can be unreliable unless the projector is perfectly centered with the screen. The obstacle avoidance feature works well. It does generate a fair amount of heat right from the start. The projector is quite bright, delivering a clear video output even in medium ambient light. I recommend pairing it with an Amazon Firestick, as the native interface is not very user-friendly. Overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Product is amazing. Worth for the price. I did so many research before I ended up buying this and worth my search. Good clarity, auto focus. Used it for my office presentation and even the in built apps workin very good. Casting screen of devices works good too. Very satisfied.

I deeply regret purchasing the WZATCO Alpha 2 Max projector from Amazon. The projector itself is plagued with issues, particularly with HDMI ARC. After countless hours trying to troubleshoot the problem, I realized that the HDMI ARC only works when using the projector’s interface. As soon as I connect a Fire Stick to HDMI , the HDMI ARC stops working completely. This makes it impossible to get any sound from my soundbar, which is beyond frustrating. However, the real nightmare begins with WZATCO's customer service. I have tried contacting them multiple times through their ticketing system and phone calls. After being forced to listen to a never-ending IVR waiting tune, the call abruptly ends with a message saying no executives are available and to call back later. When I finally got through via email, I was told to send a video of the issue, which I did immediately through a Google Drive link. Since then, radio silence. No replies, no updates, nothing. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They leave you completely stranded with no help or support once they have your money. I am now stuck with a defective projector and zero assistance from the manufacturer. Save yourself the hassle and frustration—DO NOT buy this product. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! Since receiving it on 29th July 2024, I have faced constant issues. Despite raising a service ticket and sending the projector back to the company on 28th October 2024, they kept it for nearly a month without resolving the problem. After all this time, the issue remains the same. The customer service is extremely slow and unresponsive. They make promises but fail to deliver results. It seems like they don't value their customers or their time. If you're thinking of buying any WZATCO product, DON'T. Their products lack reliability, and the post-sales service is horrendous. Invest in a better brand that values its customers and delivers functional products.
