Works as expected
I was told by a GM dealer the Amazon equivalent of the $78 dollar part would be a mistake and I should buy their $378 dollar part. Well Amazon delivered quality and value. This climate control was built better than the OEM! 10/10 good buy

Didn't work, defective right out of the box.
I replaced one in our van because the fan didn't work in that one, the brand new one the temperature gauge didn't work, swapped it out with another controller from another van and the heat worked, came faulty out of the box. Probably shouldn't have bought the cheapest one I found.

Does not include mirror heater button
Pollock worked as expected, but, in the image you can see there is a defrost/heat button for side view mirrors. On the product I received that button was not included. In the top image, it is not shown but in the dashboard image it is. All other features function properly, but it is missing a key component.
