Simple, Safe, and Saves You Money
This kit works exactly as promised. Easy to use, solid build, and it paid for itself after just a couple refills. I’ve used it to refill 1 lb bottles from a 20 lb tank with no issues. The plastic stand helps keep everything stable while refilling, and the valve controls feel secure. No leaks, no mess. Just follow basic safety steps and you’re good to go.If you use propane regularly (grilling, camping, tailgating), this thing is a no-brainer.

It works well and is easy to use.
I like that I can use it to emply partial bigger tanks as some of my local sources won't fill partials, which is not acceptable for me because I use those tanks on my big generator when I'm unsure of how long an outage will be.Now I can use this to provide propane for my Buddy heaters.

Solid product, extremely easy to use
I purchased this product and the refillable bottle. It was extremely easy to use. I really like the attachment legs that screw onto the propane bottle, very solid. The dispensing valve is all steel and should last for many years. The main reasons I bought this product is that the legs that attach to the propane bottle are better than taller stands used for other products. I also really liked that the refillable bottle has an easy twist pressure relief valve that does not require an allen wrench like other products. I was able to fill the reusable bottle in about 60 seconds. I will most likely be purchasing one more bottle in the future. Very nice product.

Save Money, Time, & Keeps disposables out of the landfill
I love this! If you frequently use disposable 1 Lb propane bottles this will save you money, time, and keep some disposables out of the landfill. The ring on the bleeder valve makes this so easy for me. I also bought the flame king refill kit but it requires the use of an Allen wrench to open & close the bleeder valve. I've only got a half a finger on my left hand so the fuel keg is much easier to operate. I really liked that the flame king kit came with a stand. The clamp on feet that come with the fuel keg kit require you to lift the propane tank on to a suitable surface like a workbench or tailgate. I deducted 1 star for the clamp on feet & 1 of the fuel kegs had a bad bleeder valve rendering it useless.

They are proprietary. Buy the fill kit with the fuel kegs.
Used these today for the first time. I think they worked great! Filling was easy and accurate, in use they work better than disposable bottles. The heater ran considerably better. Even flame and fuel flow. They are well engineered. Nice design and easy to use. Easy 5 stars!

Forget the old canisters.
This works with the Keg canisters. They have a bleeder built in so you can expel the air and get every can filled to the max. It is so much safer than trying to bleed via the safety relief valve, which can get damaged and create a slow leak. The Kegs cost a bit more but are they are legal to transport, are well built (thicker that others), very easy to fill. I would highly recommend this setup for anyone that is refilling the store-bought disposable canisters. Safer by far and a full tank every time.
