Magnesium Glycinate 150mg Natural Rhythm High Absorption Elemental Magnesium 120 Capsules

Switched from Natural Rhythm Magnesium Taurate to this formulation, So far so good.

Very gentle and easy on the stomach. I have been taking the magnesium glycinate for quite some time and I can tell you it makes a huge difference.

My wife and I are happy with this magnesium supplement.

I have bought a second bottle after my first is almost gone. This amazing product has helped me sleep so much better. As an anxious mom I wake several times in the night and this has helped me to be able to relax a little easier. This doesn’t make you drowsy but if you feel restless this can help my body know it’s time to chill out.

I currently take magnesium glycinate for sleep and I was excited to be able to try this brand. I've always felt a bit on the fence about the brand I take, though it does help me sleep. I like that Natural Rhythm doesn't use unnecessary additives and preservatives and that they use a vegan capsule (I'm not vegan but why use more animal products, which are detrimental to the environment).When I first ordered this, I had read the dosing as 1 capsule is 150mg. My current supplement is 100mg/capsule and I take three so I was excited that I'd only have to take one. Unfortunately, I read that wrong and with Natural Rhythm I now have to take 4! So I was not thrilled with that.A good dose for sleeping, especially sleeping during perimenopause or to help with other peri symptoms is 300mg. Given that, it would be good if this brand at least upped their capsules to 100mg/each. My current brand started out as 75mg/capsule, actually, but then changed their dosing.I appreciate that this brand states that they use 3rd party testing on their main product page but I don't see any other facts about that on the page for this product or, more importantly, on the bottle. If they indeed do, they should be printing it on their bottles and shouting it from the rooftops! It matters!Hopefully, this magnesium helps keep me asleep each night. I'll update my review if it doesn't!
