Good product, but a little difficult to open. Grip is good otherwise. But I'm giving 3/5 because the item that i recieved was a bit dirty... Hoping it wasn't used earlier!!

Unique design and Good
Great for rolling on the face and under-eye bags. Really effective and worth it. Easy to hold, unlike ice cubes which are difficult to handle.
