I love this notebook! I was previously taking our bi-weekly staff meeting notes on my daily to-do notepad, but then could never find the one I wanted. This notebook, for starters, is beautiful. The soft but colorful design is on both the front and back covers. The ring binding is sturdy metal and double-ringed, so should hold up well. The paper is a good weight, not thin or flimsy, and is made from 100% recycled paper. The inside starts with a two-page index, with four columns per page, with a spot for a page number and subject matter on each column. The paper is easy to write on with pen or pencil and erases completely with no shadow. Lastly, there is a double plastic pocket just before the back cover. I highly recommend to keep your meeting notes in one place and be able to reference them quickly by subject matter and date.

I attend multiple meetings for different organizations throughout the week and was getting overwhelmed with carrying multiple notebooks, one for each organization. This notebook is perfect for attending meetings. Each page is organized and prompts you to write who/where/when/details of each meeting. I use this one notebook for all meetings but can easily find each meetings notes. The size is perfect to carry in my laptop bag. The cover is a thicker cardboard so it doesn’t get bent or ruined being tossed in my bag. Highly recommend this notebook if you attend lots of meetings!

Love this meeting notebook! The weight of the paper is wonderful and does not bleed. I find the organization of the pages helpful because there is an area to track attendance, date, time, location, follow task and who is responsible, and an area for your notes. The notebook is durable and is still in pristine condition despite the abuse I’ve put it through. The color of the notebook cover is exactly as shown. The pocket on the inside back cover is helpful.

This meeting record has been without a doubt my saving grace several times. It is very nice looking, neat and professional. Each page is one meeting, giving you plenty of space to keep up with things like who attended, the date, the purpose of the meeting, etc. The best thing for me is that I can make a list of things brought up in the meeting that will need follow-up later. This allows me to go back and mark what I've completed or make notes on things that need to be brought up in a later meeting. The pages are nice and thick so no matter what pen/marker I use I don't see much bleed through (still can't use Sharpies, though. Those things bleed through everything!) If you spend any time in meetings, especially if you spend time in meetings that leave you with things to accomplish, this notebook will help you out 100%. It is also great for the "didn't we talk about this?" conversations, because you can flip right to the meeting in question and say "yes we did" or "no we didn't" with absolute confidence.

This meeting notebook is perfect for organizing work tasks, with sections for action items and meeting minutes. The layout helps me stay on track during meetings, and the pink cover adds a nice touch of personality to my office supplies. It's been great for my work routine, but I gave it 4 stars as it could use a bit more space for detailed notes.

I love this notebook. I do a lot of meetings in teams (video) and it helps tremendously with me keeping up with what was going on in each meeting, and I’m sure I could use AI and record or translate but to me, it’s so much easier to just grab my notepad and look at my notes while working. Seems pretty durable, perfect size, works well.

Great Planner for meetings, especially for project coordinators. Keeps everything organized and love the design.

Great notebook, I have a lot of meetings for work and this is exactly what I need. There's enough space for notes and I appreciate the attendance section at the top. I've bought more expensive notebooks in the past that were a lesser quality so this one is great for the price.
