Rust on the lid and kettle. I don't even have started using it? Good looking kettle nice in your hands and it looks well made.This morning I wanted to use it and I saw this rust on the lid and where the lid is resting on the kettle. I tried to clean it up used it once and checked the kettle after only 2h again and as you can see in the photos the rust is building up again. I have to sent it back. Not sure whether I order another and chance it? As I can not ask for and advice, I only can sent it back. Maybe someone from Coffee Panda can reply. Thx.Edit: At the beginning I only gave this kettle 2 stars for the reasons above.However, Coffee Panda was on the case immediately and send out a replacement kettle along with a apology.The kettle arrived quickly and in good condition. I have used the kettle for a week now and all is fine. I hope it will stay like it for awhile as I really like the kettle.Edit 2: Coffee Panda have sent out a replacement kettle, and given me a full refund and apology for the defective kettle. Hopefully the new one will last a lot longer than 3 weeks, but I can't fault Coffee Panda's customer service.

A decent kettle with a nice goose neck. Thermometer was a bit off so I have to take into account an offset when heating water. Handle feels cheap. Overall, satisfied but not particularly impressed.

Very nice pour over kettle. I'd bought a more expensive one of these on Amazon a couple of years ago, only to have it already start to fall to pieces; this one was half the price, but seems much sturdier and better quality. The thermometer in the lid is accurate and very responsive as these things go (sometimes they seem to operate on a delay, meaning the water is hotter than it says because it hasn't caught up, and that can result in burnt coffee, so it's nice that this hasn't got that problem). The lid itself is well-designed and well-fitting, with any steam coming from the three small vent holes and not all around the edge of the lid. The handle doesn't get hot as it does on some of these, so although the safety instructions recommend using an oven glove I've had no need. All in all it's a very nice kettle, and perfect to use with my Chemex drip filter coffee pot.Edit: I initially gave this kettle 5 stars and the above glowing review. Unfortunately, the rim of the kettle opening and the lid have both started to rust, after just 3 weeks of daily use. I'm going to try contacting Coffee Panda to see what can be done.Edit 2: Coffee Panda have sent out a replacement kettle, and given me a full refund and apology for the defective kettle. Aesthetically really lovely kettle that works very well. Bought for use with a V60 and is just the job. Outstanding customer service from Coffee Panda. I’ll certainly be back for more!

This does not work on induction! The material is not magnetic and the bottom is not flat. I bought the item based on an answer by the seller and was very disappointed.

Used it once. Lifted the lid to fill it up the next day and there was rust on the inside of the lid and rim.

Really pleased I bought the Coffee Panda kettle as it's turned out to be a great device and has really helped me get to the next level with making good coffee.It's very cheap but don't let that put you off. The handle is firmly fitted to the body of the kettle, the thermostat is very securely fitted to the lid — everything is well made.I've followed the instructions (in a manual that is very clear, very helpful, that comes with the kettle) to keep the kettle clean after each use and I think this kettle with last a long time.I may buy a more expensive gooseneck kettle in the future, just for aesthetics, but this kettle does everything I want it to do and at a quarter of the price of the pretty looking ones I've been planning on getting.

Really really pleased with this. If you are considering a pour over jug/kettle I would really reccomend this. I am glad I bought this over the more expensive alternative, it’s a really well designed product. I don’t often write reviews but had to for this as there are so few reviews on Amazon for it. Perfect for my V60.
